TYPICAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
PACKAGE INCLUDES:-
a) Accommodation:- Category and Type of rooms as per final itinerary/booking receipt.
b) Vehicle:- Category and Type of vehicle as per final itinerary/booking receipt.
c) Meals: - Meal plan as per final itinerary/booking receipt, will be served at hotel/homestay/resort.
d) Sightseeing as mentioned in the itinerary.
e) All applicable tax and toll tax.
PACKAGE EXCLUDES:-
a) Foods (other than mentioned in the booking receipt).
b) Local cab hires charges (if any).
c) Personal expenses such as laundry, room heater, telephone calls, tips, liquor, packaged / mineral drinking water, entry fee, winter garments hire charges, camera charges, guide charges, porter charges, boating, or any other joy rides.
d) Any additional sightseeing or usages of vehicles not mentioned in the itinerary.
e) If any cost arises due to problems creates by human/natural calamities / locally closed due to lockdown or quarantine / due to delay on the arrival time of Train / Flight / Bus and if the prefixed stay couldn’t arrange, then the extra cost has to be borne by the guest and has to be paid on spot.
f) Room up-gradation charges (if any).
g) All other items which are not specified in the "Includes".
NOTE:-
Rate:- We reserve the right to vary prices for any increase in taxes or fuel, leading to an increase in surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect before departure. If the costs of any service increase you are required to pay the increased amount when notified by us, we or you may cancel the booking which may result in cancellation fees. We are not liable in any way if any increase occurs. Rates quoted are appropriate to the particular product at the time of quoting and these rates may change before the travel date. You have to bear extra charges or any other incidental charges due to disruption of communication that may happen which is beyond our control. All prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without prior notice.
Booking:- Traveller can book before 120 days of the journey date. The full amount is accepted at the time of booking. However, If passengers require part payment facility then the schedule will be as herein: -
40% at the time of booking,
25% before 55 days of Journey
25% before 25 days of Journey
10 % before 10 days of Journey
The final payment should be paid 10 days before the journey date. Please note that the final payment may vary from the original booking price or quote. Travelers should pay as per the payment schedule. If the payment does not receive by the scheduled time, the booking may be canceled as per the company’s policy; and in that case, the traveler will bear the cancellation charge as mentioned below.
Payment:- We accept account payee local cheque in favor of “BLEU GLACIO TRIP” Payment in installments as per the schedule mentioned above. In case of dishonor of any cheque, the company reserved the right for any legal procedure. Cash payment accepts in the office only. NEFT, RTGS, CARDS, UPI, DIGITAL PAYMENT are also accepted.
Assistance:- In case of any abnormal incidents including injuries, service problems, and cancellation of a service or dissatisfaction must be reported to Bleu Glacio Trip by Phone call, SMS or E-mail, during the event to allow us an opportunity to rectify the situation or provide assistance.
Cancellation:- in case of cancellation, the company will charge a cancellation fee on the total package cost as schedule below:-
Cancel within 60 days 25%
30 days 50%
15 days 75%
07 days 100%
The cancellation charge will be 15% + Rs.500/- per head, beyond the schedule. Cancellation rules will be following under any circumstances including inclement weather or illness. We shall not be liable for TRAIN, FLIGHT or BUS reschedule/cancellation/delay, therefore in case cancellation or rescheduled the journey, the above cancellation charges will be attracted. Cancellation requests must be given to us in written and addressed to the travel consultant.
Others:-
(i) Room categories are standard or budget categories in all places.
(ii) In case of sickness company will not be liable for any responsibilities.
(iii) Passengers will take care of their luggage. Please carry minimum luggage to avoid space problems.
(iv) If any problem/s arisen by Natural Calamities, Human Created Problems, Lockdown, Quarantine, and Local Restrictions or in case of cancellation or for delay of Train / Flight / Bus / Ship’s arrival time or journey shortened due to any unavoidable circumstances, Spot/s or Place/s or prefixed or booked Stay/s may not be covered. The company shall try to complete as per agreement beyond their limits but in case of failure to visit some places or stays or to rearrange booked stays, Bleu Glacio Trip will not take any responsibility for missing any spot/s or stay/s and will not issue any refund of any amount (full/partial) for the same.
(v) If any technical/mechanical/legal problems arise with the vehicle during the journey, we shall overcome the situation, but we need the justified time required to do the needful. Our driver has the right to deny driving in the dark on hills for the safety of our valuable guests.
(vi) *All passengers should carry ORIGINAL IDENTITY CARD (EPIC ID / DRIVING LICENSE / PASSPORT / AADHAR ID) with Photocopies and P.P. size color photograph, Health insurance, Travel insurance, etc.*
(vii) Tour schedule or spots maybe change with same spot/s or alternatives spot/s without any prior notice.
(viii) Contact Number of Hotel/Homestay/Resorts & Local transporters will be supplied by us, 1 day before the journey begins.
(ix) All disputes under Kolkata High Court jurisdictions.
